Our skilled customer service team is on-call to assist customers with orders and questions. At our state-of-the-art processing center, customer orders are checked and double-checked so your fundraiser runs without a hitch.
For Gift orders, we customize shipments by student participant. Each package contains exactly the items their customers ordered. We send every order through a sophisticated, computerized tracking system. Our bar-code scanning, quality-control equipment then double checks the accuracy of every order before it is placed in cartons for delivery to your organization. Cartons and boxes are clearly marked with classroom and student participant names to make product distribution easy.
For Magazine (and Music and Book) products, customers can track their orders easily through our web-based Order Tracking. In addition, if a customer provides an email address on his magazine order form, he will receive an order confirmation email.
